After you pass our Basic I Pre-License Course, you should be able to immediately download your certificate and application's from our website. To download your certificate and application's click on "Member Information" after logging in and then click on "Show my enrollment status and certificates". You will then need to click on the "Certificate" button to the right of the class you are enrolled in and have completed. It will then take you to a page where you can download your certificate and application's.

You will then need to fill out the application's and mail them in to the real estate commission along with your background check information and fingerprint card, if you have not done so already. If you do not have a fingerprint card, you can pick one up from our office or call the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission at 866-521-3389 and have them mail one out to you. Please note your background check is currently $41 (Make check or money order payable to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission).
